Ze zitten prima en ik gebruik het vooral voor tijdens het slapen. Zeker bij hooikoorts klachten merk ik dat ik minder vaak wakker wordt in de nacht.

De verpakking kan wel een update gebruiken.

Due to a lack of comparison options, I can't say how the patches compare to the competition... I think they're good and easy to use. Once you've found the right adhesive position for you, the patch stays on really well and really helps you get more air. That was actually the main reason I tried it out. I have trouble getting air through my nose in the colder months. And as I said... the patch really helps with that. Apparently I still snore now and again... but that's not my problem. :)Although it's very sticky, you don't have to worry about losing your nose when you tear it off in the morning.Try it out! I'll keep buying the patches in the future.

The nose strips are comfortable to wear and don't stretch too much on the nose. The adhesive is OK, sometimes it doesn't stick properly, even if the nose has been cleaned properly. I got them mainly for nights when traveling (e.g. on a plane) where a transparent patch is less noticeable. Unfortunately, not all patches are transparent, so they lose 1 star overall.
